Over two months after ordering and still no mug. Do yourself a favor and don't shop here.

Amazing product. My new favorite mug! Had a slight miscommunication about shipping, but will definitely shop from this seller again when another design strikes my fangirl heart.

The Hufflepuff mug I ordered was super cute, but took way longer than described (three weeks) to arrive. I ordered this mug at the beginning of February and didn't receive it until the end of April, nearly THIRTEEN WEEKS later. I requested customization that was not fulfilled or acknowledged. The shop owner took two weeks to respond to my inquiry about my item when it hadn't shipped. She did send me a second mug for free for the hassle which was a nice gesture, but I don't know if I'll be ordering anything here again.

I ordered this item the First week of March. The date of writing this review is the first week of May & I haven’t received my item or any information on when I’m getting it.

I never got my item after 2 months of waiting. Seller did not respond to my last email.

Can’t really review something I never received. Seller gave a refund and told me she would still send the item. Haven’t seen anything yet.. I understand things happen but won’t ever “try” to buy from here again.

I bought this mug for my daughter’s birthday. She loved it!!! She is a proud Hufflepuff and this sums her up perfectly. The artist even worked with me to ship it to my daughter at college. I am beyond thrilled with the mug!!!
